Ashlyn Hall grew up dancing with Appalachian Ballet Company under the direction of Amy Morton Vaughn with training and adjudication in the RAD syllabus. She expanded her training in college, graduating from Belmont University in 2012 with minors in dance and journalism and a BA in Spanish. While in the Belmont Dance Company, Ashlyn performed annually in the Mixed Bill and TAD Annual Galas; was elected company manager; acted as liaison to the Dean's Advisory Council; choreographed for multiple dance, musical theatre and opera shows; and received the department's "Dance Legacy Award" for lasting contributions to the program. Meanwhile, she appeared as an apprentice with Epiphany Dance Company in the 2011 broadcast of “Christmas at Belmont” featuring Laura Bell Bundy. Ashlyn is now in her fourth season as a company dancer with Epiphany. She is also an adjunct instructor at Belmont, teaching beginner Modern and Jazz, and teaches ballet, modern and tap at Rejoice School of Ballet in East Nashville.
